Administrative Clerk

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 2– 3 years’ experience
  • Matric
  • Own Transport

Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Durbanville, Western Cape
Job Type: Full Time; Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period
Package: Market related – based on qualifications and experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Key Performance Areas include; but not limited to:

  • General office administration
  • Invoicing and traceability on Pastel and Excel
  • Downloading orders from retail portals
  • Assisting with Debtors and Creditors
  • Assisting with Stock Control
  • Reconciliation of Debtors retail accounts
  • Telesales

Experience & Characteristics required for this role:

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience in Pastel
  • Experience in basic accounting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Pro-active
