
Assistant Tasting Room Manager
Minimum requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in a managerial role (Hospitality industry)
- Recognized qualification in wine
- Own transport

Working Hours: Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 17:15 as per schedule

Duties and Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
- Ensure efficiency of daily operations in the tasting room
- Manage administration related to staff
- Liaise with guests as required
- Ensure consistent development of business initiatives
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Administration of local sales
Experience & Characteristics required for this role:
- Strong professional and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for wine and the desire to expand knowledge thereof
- Able to interact effectively with a wide range of customers
- Proficient in English, Afrikaans will be beneficial
- Good interpersonal skill
