Minimum requirements:

  • Experience in a pressing cellar as a student will be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently
  • Physically healthy and strong
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work long hours as per operational requirements
  • Drivers license

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 17:00

Duties and Responsibilities include; but not limited to:

  • Assisting winemakers as required
  • Assisting with stock control
  • Crushing and pressing cellar and related activities during harvest
  • Ensuring all quality systems are maintained and followed
  • Vineyard berry sampling

Qualification:

  • Studying towards or already in possession of BSc degree or Elsenburg Diploma in Cellar Technology
