Tasting Room Manager

Minimum requirements:

  • 3-4 years experience in a managerial role (Hospitality industry)
  • Recognized qualification in wine
  • Own transport

Working Hours: Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 17:15 as per schedule

Duties and Responsibilities include; but not limited to:

  • Ensure efficiency of daily operations in the tasting room
  • Manage administration related to staff
  • Liaise with guest as required
  • Ensure consistent development of business initiatives
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to

Experience & Characteristics required for this role:

  • Strong professional and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for wine and the desire to expand knowledge thereof
  • Able to interact effectively with a wide range of customers
  • Proficient in English, Afrikaans will be beneficial
  • Good interpersonal skill
